Ellen Sinclair is a transformational hospitality leader with nearly three decades of experience driving innovative solutions for owners and partners. As Executive Vice President of Pyramid Global Hospitality and leader of PYRAMIDWORKS, she oversees workplace hospitality initiatives that bring service-driven culture and operational excellence into corporate environments. Since joining Benchmark in 1995, Ellen has held leadership roles spanning operations, human resources, and general management. Her work has supported landmark conference centers and corporate hospitality programs for organizations such as Verizon, Deloitte, and Whirlpool, helping create environments where people, culture, and performance thrive.

Dr. Michael J. Taylor brings more than 35 years of hospitality leadership experience across luxury hotels, conference centers, and workplace hospitality programs. As Regional General Manager for Pyramid Global Hospitality and Division Lead for PYRAMIDWORKS, he oversees workplace hospitality operations across multiple corporate campuses and flagship conference environments. Known for his servant leadership philosophy, Dr. Taylor is passionate about developing inclusive teams and creating people-centered experiences that elevate both guest and employee engagement. His career spans leadership roles across premier hospitality properties and major corporate workplace programs.

Nandanie Persaud-Veeren

Senior Director, Business Development, PYRAMIDWORKS

Nandanie Persaud-Veeren is a workplace experience and business development leader with more than 20 years of experience helping organizations create high-performing, people-centered environments. As Senior Director of Business Development at PYRAMIDWORKS, she partners with corporate clients to bring hospitality principles into the workplace—strengthening culture, engagement, and operational excellence. Prior to joining PYRAMIDWORKS, she led regional workplace operations for EY through CBRE, overseeing a portfolio of more than 1.5 million square feet across 21 locations. Nandanie is known for aligning workplace strategy with human-centered service design.
